Two-hours. It takes two hours for the kids to prepare the Sunday lunch. The kitchen is a wreck. But the food is good.
I direct on the side. Like stressing when to take out the dumplings from deep fry (they have no idea I’m only good at cooking noodles with corned beef! And it doesn’t even qualify as cooking!).
In between takes, I help trim the electric guitar string, pick white water apples (tambis gud nga putiun!) in the front yard or hook to flickr or youtube.
Meanwhile, out of desperation, my colleagues M and N are in a kick-ass mode. In the quick (and rather not dirty meeting) at the sole joint down the block, I drain a bottle of SMB while they feast on balut. Results should be ready by midmorning tomorrow. Or else heads, I mean drums, yes, bandamanga drums will roll. Hahaha.
